Theatreland, an industry well-known for its shy and retiring personalities, has launched a social networking site to enable UK thespians to meet each other.
According to Marcus Markou, the founder of BritishTheatre.com, the theatre industry has "few opportunities for its professionals, of all talents, to network".
Great idea, Marcus - perhaps you could give the owners of the Groucho, the Ivy and the Century Club a few pointers on where they are going wrong?
