What I do... (Actor, director, designer, teacher etc?): I'm an actor. it's my second career, having been deputy head of a secondary school until 2002

My Quick CV: Six plays in one year include Marat/Sade ( de Sade ), A Christmas Carol ( Scrooge ), Hedda Gabler ( Judge Brack ), Ariel Dorfman's Reader, Caryl Churchill's A Number. Currently rehearsing Andrew Carnes in OKLAHOMA! . Several short films, DVDs, promos etc.

The first thing that inspired me in theatre...: Being at a local panto when i was a toddler. the whole ambience captivated me - the venue as much as the performance

My favourite theatre something is...: The lights going down as the experience begins - both sides of the tabs

The thing that annoys me about our industry...: Our willingness to work for love instead of money!
