What I do... (Actor, director, designer, teacher etc?)
SplitMoon develops and performs new drama with a bold imaginative vision, a cosmopolitan dimension and an emphasis on non-naturalism. We aim to bring together creative teams from diverse backgrounds and involve live music and dance where possible. We focus on the core values and craft of theatre - the writer and the actor.
We passionately believe in the importance of bringing vibrant new drama to a wide audience and in offering artistic opportunities to professionals of all theatre disciplines.

"Dionysos Unbound" investigates the nature of Alexander's relationship with his mother Olympias and exposes the intense rivalry with his father King Philip. Cycles of incest and revenge are revealed against the bloody backdrop of war. Family dynamics are stripped bare as myth and reality collide with devastating consequences.

SplitMoon has been working on the AlexanderProjekt over the last three years and Part 1 "Killer of the Sun" was performed in November '06 in the archaeological site of the Rose Theatre, Bankside.

Hi Splitmoon, I watched Alan Cummings earlier this year playing Dionysus. I've also performed at the Bridewell, so I think I should really get down to see your play.
