Profile

What I do... (Actor, director, designer, teacher etc?)
The Factory is home to a network of artists who wish to share their skills and ideas, to stay creatively healthy, and to produce theatre of the truly highest quality.

It is a two-pronged company that not only mounts productions of classic, contemporary and new works, but houses theoretical and practical research into the art form.

To maintain integrity and quality it is a no-charge, invitation-only members organisation, where the sharing of information, discussion, advice and exploration is hosted both virtually through factorymember.com and through regular workshop sessions in theatre spaces.

The thing that annoys me about our industry...
That the art in our craft is be forced out by the business in our industry.
